We are currently looking for an experienced Duty Pharmacy Manager, who can provide overall support for the clinical leadership of the service. This post is based in Colchester, which is easily accessible via public transport.
About the role:
As a Duty Pharmacy Manager, you’ll be working in a community pharmacy in Colchester you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact on others’ lives. Whether you’re supporting pharmacists, providing top-notch services to customers, or fostering community spirit, your work will touch the lives of hundreds of people every day. Full-time 36 hours per week or part-time 30 hours per week.

Your main responsibilities as a Duty Pharmacy Manager:
12. Supply prescriptions, deliver a range of NHS and Private services and provide healthcare advice to customers
13. Play an active role in our charities support program giving advice to people in the community at risk of or living with cancer, heart disease, and diabetes.
14. Support the Pharmacy Manager to lead, train, and develop colleagues
15. Build relationships with Primary Care Networks and GPs’ surgeries
16. Ensure accurate payment claims for NHS-covered items

18. You’ll be passionate about leading and empowering a team
19. GPHC registration
