Responsibilities
* Lead ICP’s brand strategy and oversee consistent execution across all marketing channels.
* Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to support client development goals and ICP’s broader strategic plan.
* Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and visual identity across both internal and external communication platforms.
* Collaborate with global stakeholders to implement strategic marketing approaches that engage target audiences, boosting awareness for key initiatives, industries, and community-focused projects.
* Campaign Management: Design, launch, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns for lead generation and client acquisition.
* Oversee the digital presence of ICP, optimizing the use of the website and CRM system to support campaigns, client alerts, webinars, events, and announcements.
* Monitor campaign performance using tools like HubSpot to refine strategies, improve ROI, and keep internal teams informed of top-performing content.
* Elevate ICP's brand presence across all platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and visuals.
* Collaborate with internal teams to create thought leadership content including whitepapers, case studies, webinars, blog posts, and social media content.
* Grow and manage our social media presence, engaging key audiences and enhancing industry recognition.
* Develop communication and PR strategies to support thought leadership initiatives and business development.
* Plan, organize, and execute client-focused events, webinars, and industry conferences to showcase ICP’s expertise and foster client relationships.
* Oversee event logistics including vendor coordination, marketing materials, and seamless execution.
* Serve as the primary liaison for sponsored conferences, handling aspects like agenda development, invite lists, content creation, and follow-up.
* Evaluate event success and gather insights to optimize future events.
* Partner with business development teams, client partners, and global leadership to align marketing and communications strategies with business development objectives.
* Lead and mentor the marketing and communications team, fostering collaboration and career growth.
* Work closely with ICP leadership on strategic priorities.
* Ensure alignment between brand, performance, and event marketing efforts for a cohesive go-to-market approach.
What You’ll Bring:
* A strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills, able to transform vision into action.
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related business field (advanced degree preferred).
* Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, ideally within a professional service or Martech environment.
* Proven track record in brand management, performance marketing, and event coordination.
* Creative and analytical, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
* Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences.
* A passion for storytelling and impactful branding.
* In-depth knowledge of branding, digital marketing, media relations, and content creation to support business development.
* Experience working with senior leadership and managing marketing budgets.
* Familiarity with digital asset management (DAM/PIM) systems and a curiosity for technology supporting global growth.
