Key Responsibilities
1. Manage a portfolio of high-growth SME clients, acting as their strategic advisor.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
3. Develop tailored growth strategies and provide expert advisory services.
4. Drive the firm’s expansion by identifying and capitalising on growth opportunities.
5. Oversee the delivery of client services, ensuring quality and timeliness.
Essential Qualities and Experience
1. Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA).
2. Proven experience in partnering closely with clients to deliver strategic value.
3. Strong business acumen, with the ability to craft and implement growth strategies.
4. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
5. Proficiency in cloud accounting systems.
6. Demonstrated ability to delegate effectively and handle challenges diplomatically.
7. A successful track record of managing client relationships directly.
