Sales Administrator to work in our busy Sales Department ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
Main duties to include:
* Answering the telephones
* Responding to emails
* Processing E-Commerce Website Orders
* Processing Purchase Orders
* Sales Order data entry and administration
* Organising and maintaining filing
* Greeting visitors on arrival
Working Hours:
Normal working hours, 37.5 per week.
Fri 9am-4:15pm
Entry Requirements:
This is an entry level role and full training will be given. Candidates should have at least 5 GCSE's at grade 4 or above, including English and Maths.
This role requires a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have a good command of written and spoken English, have excellent numeracy, literacy and IT skills and be able to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues and visitors. Experience working in a customer service role would be a benefit.
