Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and execute operational audits, including procurement, payroll, and expenses.
* Manage co-sourced arrangements for specialized audits (e.g., tax).
* Collaborate with external auditors (Deloitte) to ensure comprehensive audit coverage.
* Identify and assess key risks and controls.
* Develop and implement audit plans.
* Present audit findings and recommendations to senior management and the Audit Committee.
* Mentor and support the development of a graduate team member.
About You:
* 3 -10 years of internal audit experience.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Enthusiasm, gravitas, and a proactive approach.
