Voluntary Norfolk is seeking an interim Director of Programmes (Director of Operations) who will lead on the delivery of the organisations on going service delivery whilst a substantive postholder is recruited. Suitable candidates will have experience of delivery in the Charity, Social Enteprise or Social Care sectors and will be content occupying a strategic level role, leading change and driving short term service quality improvement. Leading a team of around 90 colleagues and over 450 volunteers, this role is an essential part of keeping Voluntary Norfolk running. Ideally, the candidate will also have experience of safeguarding leadership. Candidates will be based locally to Norfolk and available to work both in Norwich HQ and across operational activity in Norfolk and surrounding areas.
