We're seeking an experienced Senior Cargo Charter Broker to support the growth of our Charter business, specializing in time-critical cargo moves, including Aircraft on Ground (AOG) operations. While AOG experience is preferable, the ideal candidate should have experience managing urgent, high-pressure cargo charters. This role is key in driving our strategic expansion into the cargo charter market. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow both the role and this business vertical, contributing to the company’s long-term success. Key Responsibilities: Time-Critical Cargo Operations: Respond swiftly to urgent charter requests, including AOG and other time-sensitive cargo, coordinating with operators, airports, and stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain client relationships, develop new business opportunities in the cargo charter market, and provide exceptional service. Operational Duties: Prepare quotes, contracts, monitor industry trends, manage invoicing, and support the 24/7 duty rota. Team Leadership: Mentor junior brokers and collaborate with internal teams to optimize service delivery. Strategic Growth Opportunity: Cargo charter operations are a critical growth area for us. As Senior Cargo Charter Broker, you’ll play a pivotal role in building and expanding this new business vertical, with significant opportunities to grow the role and help shape the future direction of our time-critical cargo services. Requirements: Experience: 3-6 years in cargo charter brokering, with experience in time-critical moves. AOG experience is preferable but not required. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of aviation logistics, aircraft types, and operational constraints for time-critical cargo. Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in CRM systems and relevant tools. Leadership: Experience mentoring and growing business verticals.
