We are seeking a Sales Administrator to join our team, where your expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other software will play a crucial role in our success. In this position, you will be at the heart of our operations, processing wholesaler and independent orders, handling customer enquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between departments.Your Responsibilities Processing of wholesaler and independent orders. Handling customer enquiries, complaints and returns via email and phone. Be the IFS power user which includes price changes/CPIs including letters and training new starters within the office between different departments as directed by sales team. Obtain issues data for the wholesalers i.e. CLF and others. Upload CLF and Sigma to Qlik and liaise with marketing to support wholesaler activity. Stock issues - proactively advise account managers of product OOS and when back in. Supporting on NLFs for wholesalers/other customers. Wholesaler PLOF liaison and submission with Wholesaler National Account Manager. Work with the wholesaler National Account Manager to pull together NPD, promotions and year-end review presentations. Raising PO’s including Citrus across the various finance systems. Sending out customer samples and answering phone calls. Checking PLOFs and store activity is live. Amending C&D pricing where necessary. Prepare the presentation deck for appropriate monthly meetings. To support remotely based sales team with general admin tasks Qualification, Skills and abilities Nutritional knowledge useful thought not compulsory. Excellent IT, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Skills. Strong communication skills both written and verbal. Positive "can do" attitude.
