About the role
You will be responsible for exceeding customer expectations across various store areas, making each day different. Responsibilities include filling shelves, serving at the tills, managing stock levels, and picking deliveries. Your efforts will ensure customers receive everything they need quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities
* Accurately picking and dispatching goods using a handheld terminal, and notifying the manager of any discrepancies.
* Checking product quality, shelf life, and ensuring packaging is secure for delivery.
* Providing high standards of customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and meeting targets.
* Polite communication with delivery staff, responding appropriately to queries and complaints, and escalating complex issues as needed.
