What You'll Do:
As a Sales Administrator you will work closely with the Customer Relations Manager.
Your responsibilities will include:
Handling incoming calls and emails, providing prompt and accurate answers to product queries
Processing sales orders using Sage database
Building rapport and understanding customer requirements
Performing general administration duties
Working towards daily KPIs and monthly sales targets
Proactively chasing outstanding quotes and maximising additional business opportunitiesWhat We're Looking For:

Previous sales admin and customer service experience
Experience with Sage (preferred but not essential)
Strong relationship-building skills
Good general administration and Microsoft Office skills
A positive and proactive attitude
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Attention to detail
Good negotiation skills
