About the post
As an Area Tenancy Manager (Housing Officer), you'll manage the end-to-end tenancies for a patch of social tenants or licensees.
You'll have the opportunity to develop detailed knowledge across various areas of tenancy management, including voids, lettings, income and arrears, anti-social behaviour (ASB), and providing holistic, person-centred support.
With a consistent housing patch, you'll improve the quality and perception of the Housing Management Service. You'll work with services across the Council to ensure vulnerable tenants have access to services they need, and Brent's estates and homes are good quality, safe, and secure.
You will also uphold the guidelines set out by the Social Housing Regulation Act 2023, demonstrating a commitment to improving standards and ensuring the safety and quality of our social housing in compliance with this critical legislation.
