As HR Systems Analyst at SGN you will work as part of the HR Systems and Reporting Team in the HR Shared Services to ensure all the scoped HR Services across the Hire to Retire lifecycle that are hosted and managed via SGN’s HRIS are delivered on time and to the required standard across all customer groups. I help to keep people safe and warm by… Providing technical support and troubleshooting for SGN’s HR systems (e.g. Oracle, Cornerstone) Liaising with system providers to align on business requirements, module changes and system configuration Maintaining and enforce system governance policies and procedures Generating reports and management information (MI) to highlight trends and opportunities Resolving system issues or escalate them appropriately to the HR Systems and Reporting Lead Configuring and maintaining system settings, user accounts, and security permissions Developing, testing and implementing system changes to meet evolving business needs Create and deliver high-quality training materials for system users across the business Evaluating new system releases and functionalities, reporting potential business impacts to leadership Collaborating with system providers to ensure business requirements are met and a high level of service is maintained What you’ll need You have demonstratable experience of supporting HR systems, ideally with knowledge of platforms used by SGN (e.g. Cornerstone) You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and possess strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues You thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing time and prioritising tasks to meet deadlines You excel at written and verbal communication, confidently delivering presentations and providing excellent customer service You are approachable, empathetic and dedicated to providing a positive user experience for those seeking HR systems support We would prefer if you had relevant industry experience.
