Office ManagerLocation: Keele, ST5Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm (Fully office based)Salary : £35000 - £38000paContract Type : Permanent Our client, a well regarded service provider, based in the Newcastle under Lyme area is looking for an Office Manager to provide effective Financial and Administrative support to the company. Key Responsibilities:To ensure the effective planning/ scheduling of orders in a timely manner ensuring engineers are fully utilised and SLA's are met. Staff Management; New staff onboarding, ensuring all training is completed and up to date, complete annual DBS and Driver licence checks, regular office staff supervisions and appraisals.General Office Management; Managing office supplies and equipment, engineers tools and equipment, vehicle management including all repairs, MOTs and insurances, annual renewal of memberships ie Gas Safe, F Gas etc.Accounting Support; processing weekly timesheets, processing supplier invoices and statements, ensuring all petty cash, company credit cards and Ebay payments are processed and reconciled, reconciliation of Monthly Accounts and produce monthly reports, ensuring deadlines are met ie P60s and P11Ds.The ideal candidate:Previous experience in an Office management roleStrong time management skills and ability to priortise tasksAbility to communicate clearly and concisely and able to maintain confidentiality of company information. Working knowledge of SAGE Accounts
