This role involves a variety of responsibilities, including housekeeping, customer service, and reception duties. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. Key Responsibilities: Housekeeping: Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the building, including common areas and restrooms. Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to students and visitors, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and professionally. Reception Duties: Manage the front desk, answer phone calls, and handle email correspondence. Parcel Delivery: Receive and deliver parcels within the building, ensuring timely and accurate distribution. Student Queries: Assist students with their inquiries, providing information and support as needed.
