Role : SHEQ Advisor Location : Wigan Days : Monday to Friday - 08:30 till 17:00 Salary : Up to £50,000 dependent on exp Company Car Allowance of between £3,000 - £4,000 also included in package. To be part of the team you must be able to perform the following: Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and ensure safe working practices. Deliver toolbox talks, safety briefings, and SHEQ training to operatives and subcontractors. Collate all SHEQ accident and incident reports across all sites as required, including investigation and reporting, working closely with the delivery teams to implement corrective actions and preventive measures as required. Conduct Company Health and Safety Inductions for New Starters. Manage SHEQ databases and providing timely reports for the SHEQ Manager as required Continuously work to identify opportunities to enhance safety performance and promote best practices across the projects. Role model the appropriate company behaviors, culture and ways of working to ensure excellence in delivery for all contracts and a company which is a great place to work. In order to join our successful team you must have: NEBOSH Certificate (Minimum) IOSH membership and an environmental qualification (IEMA or equivalent) Broad range of property experience such as residential and construction. Familiarity with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 standards.
