Qualifications
Essential Criteria
* Good standard of Maths and English
* ILM Level 3 in Management and Leadership or Equivalent
Desirable Criteria
* Business or IT Qualification
Experience
Essential Criteria
* Experience working in the Hospital Administration setting
* Experience of managing and supervising a team
* Experience of working with medical staff and health care professionals
* Experience of working to deadlines and targets
* Experience of managing front line complaints and assisting with investigating incidents
Desirable Criteria
* Extensive experience supporting patient outpatient and inpatient services
* Experience of Finance and supporting income/expenditure
Skills
Essential Criteria
* Ability to interpret performance information and develop actions
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Good organisational skills and ability to plan and prioritise effectively
* Ability to use own initiative
* IT skills including basic Microsoft Office - awareness of data quality issues.
