We are currently recruiting for a full time Housing Support Officer at Westbourne House in Hull. Hours vary across a rolling rota to include some evenings and weekends.
Futures at Westbourne House is a Housing Related Support Service delivering support to vulnerable adults who have presented to the service as homeless. We seek to guide and work with them towards them moving on into other more secure accommodation and achieving independence, through provision of a warm, safe place to stay, followed by a tailored support package to meet their individual needs.
Your role will be to provide housing related support, advice, and guidance to these individuals to learn and gain essential independent living skills, using local resources and community services to support individuals with their needs.
Salary - £23,920 per annum
