Our client, a luxury travel brand, is seeking a Golf Travel Specialist to tailor-make worldwide golfing holidays. You will be using your expertise and golf travel knowledge to maintain and grow a portfolio of clients so excellent customer service is key to this role. This role can be hybrid or possibly remote for the right candidate with a competitive salary.
Golf Travel Specialist responsibilities:
Identify each client’s needs and preferences and ensure sales opportunities are maximised
Use your extensive golf destination knowledge to identify each client’s specific needs and preferences
Handle golf enquiries and reservation requests from clients and convert to bookings
Ensure all travel documentation, reservations and logistics are executed flawlessly
Consistently meet and exceed KPI's
Luxury Golf Travel Sales Consultants requirements:
Solid experience in luxury leisure travel specialising in golf travel experiences
Knowledge of a GDS - ideally Amadeus
Excellent travel industry and worldwide golf travel knowledge
Strong negotiation skills to ensure perks and benefits for clients
High level of accuracy and attention-to-detail for professional presentation of all documentation
