Regional Operations Director
Care Home: Head Office (Responsible for SSL homes in Essex and Midlands)
Hours per week: 40
Salary: 80k plus 5k car allowance
About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Regional Operations Director to join our operations team. As Regional Operations Director, you will be responsible for our portfolio of luxury Sanders Senior Living homes covering Essex, Leicestershire and Birmingham. You will be expected to manage, develop, inspire and support the home managers to ensure the homes achieve full compliance with all regulatory bodies and provide a high quality of service to our residents.

About you:
The Regional Operations Director will demonstrate a commitment to ensuring the highest quality of care and enhancing the overall resident experience at every home. You will have detailed knowledge of legislation applying to the care sector, and have experience working in a regional role. It is essential that the successful Regional Operations Director has a background in care.
