The successful HR Business Partner will develop procedures and interprets and applies policy for a specific geographic area to achieve specified outputs. Advises the wider business on application of policy, supporting and monitoring implementation of those procedures within business area.
1. Identifies requirements for HR frameworks and tools within an important area of responsibility to meet business needs. Specifies the design and manages development and implementation, ensuring compliance with external requirements and integration with the broader HR policy framework
2. Provides specialist advice on the interpretation and application of policies and procedures, resolving complex or contentious queries and issues and enabling others to take appropriate actions
3. Investigates complex business questions, using a wide range of HR data to diagnose underlying causes of key business issues and identifies opportunity to enhance employee engagement and/or improve business performance
4. Investigates and proposes solutions to very complex and/or contentious Employee Relations cases in partnership with line managers.
