Recruitment Coordinator Syston, Leicestershire (Onsite) £25,000-£27,000 Full-time, Permanent (Part-Time considered) We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to manage all aspects of recruitment for our client's business. You will provide professional administrative HR support to employees. Description of the role: Collaborating with internal departments on open vacancies. Managing applications, building a candidate pool and updating candidates on all stages. Advertising vacancies both internally and externally. Maintaining a candidate database. Ensuring compliance for all Right to Work checks. Provide administrative support across the HR team. Preparing new starter and onboarding documentation. About you: Experience of working within internal recruitment. A passion for recruitment and building talent pools for the business. CIPD qualification would be advantageous.
