Operations Manager - Buckinghamshire Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for a experienced Operations Manager for our client within the Disrubituoon Industry.This role is responsible for daily activities across functions including Spare Parts, Sales & Services Administration, Warehouse, H&S and Facilities. Salary: up to £50,000 (DOE)Hours: 8am-5pmDuties: - Promoting and devoloping internal systems to ensure all customers, suppliers details are kept up to date.- Assisting senior management in setting goals that promote company growth- Preparing budgets, schedules, and other reports when needed- Managing the after sales function- Drive the probability of the company products by recommending cost-reducing intitatives, whilst maintaining prodcutivty- Developing plans to increase efficiency and reduce costs- Providing weekly and or monthly report on agreed KPI's.- Take repsonsibilty for the company products lines- Promoting and enforcing safety in the workplace- Collaborating closely with other departments to promote efficiency Requirements: - Team leader experience 3 years- Experience working in a office/warehousing environment- Possess strong leadership and management skills- Your own transport due to locationIf you would be interested, please apply or call Corinne at Pertemps.
