Directorate: Adult Care, Housing and Public Health Permanent, Full time, 37 hours per week An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Temporary Accommodation service in the role of Move on and Support Officer. The role is full-time, 37 hours per week and will require the post holder to regularly visit households accommodated in temporary accommodation throughout Rotherham. The post holder will be part of a dynamic team who support households placed in temporary accommodation, some with a high level of complex needs, liaising with internal & external agencies where any support needs are identified. The post holder will offer support as required, and work with households to relieve their homelessness and investigate and deal with any incidents that may breach the occupancy agreement. We are looking to recruit a highly motivated individual, with a positive attitude who works well with others, has a passion for delivering excellent customer service and has a proven track record for offering support and advice to vulnerable customers, ensuring excellent service is provided throughout the customer journey.
