Service Level Reporting Manager
SALISBURY - 100% OFFICE BASED POSITION
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Level Reporting Manager to join our team in SALISBURY.
This role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders and service owners to ensure all IT services are accurately described and reported on.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of IT service management principles.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the IT service catalogue.
* Collaborate with stakeholders and service owners to ensure accurate description and reporting of IT services.
* Utilize industry leading tools and technologies to manage and report on IT services.
* Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT service management.
* Strong understanding of IT service management principles.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
