Are you motivated, experienced in ‘opportunity’ hunting, and looking to work with a Senior Territory Sales Manager to grow this consumables division? HQ in Rugby, Warwickshire. Your territory is open, and you can cross sell and up sell to your hearts content and build a fab account base. Salary, £40,000 plus car (or allowance), fuel card for all mileage & bonus structure 20% Account management/development and 80% new business sales growth 25 days holiday plus all BH. Loads of autonomy for a creative, dynamic motivated salesperson. START March 2025 Industrial division of a growing SME (HQ in PPE, Consumables – product range to sell into existing and new customers. Manage and grow an account base And build new accounts and new business. A fabulous role – relationship oriented with a bit of bite to sell, grow, cross sell, and develop an account base and an area across a region. You must be from a field sales background with strong experience selling a product range, expanding product penetration into accounts. Pro Active mentality – Business to business. You must be happy in an engineering / manufacturing environment with variety of customers from polished to no frills and anything in between. The role and responsibility: A role for a motivated product range salesperson who has good experience within account management and b2b sales Ideally you will be from a large product portfolio background with energy, personality, and ability to spot opportunity and ask the right questions You must be resilient and be comfortable dealing with engineers and manufacturing and industrial clients You will have at least 2year solid b2b sales experience – be able to drive and report to the SD who is motivated and dynamic lady Selling industrial consumables and PPE into an account base. You will want to earn bonus and help develop this territory. You will live in commutable distance to Rugby HQ – This is a hybrid / office and field-based role Ideally you will be out in front of customers 4 days a week
