What you’ll do: Support the team on both the collation and distribution of information. Maintain and organise all project-related documentation, including contracts, schedules, meeting minutes, reports, and correspondence. Ensure that all project files are up-to-date and accessible to the project team. Assist in ensuring that project deliverables meet required quality standards. Provide general administrative support to the project team, including managing communications, emails, and other correspondence.Help manage relationships with stakeholders by ensuring they are informed and their feedback is addressed. Assist in project closure activities, including compiling final reports, handing over deliverables, and archiving documents. To maintain the CEMAR system for your region, ensuring service failures and issues are resolved. Provide support for the administration of contracts including scope of works & tender/contract preparation and correspondence. Provide a high level of customer care to all customers. About you: The post holder will hold a relevant diploma or professional qualification in administration or have gained experience in a similar role. Office 365 experience (Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel) Strong communication skills (via telephone and face to face) Able to work well in a team and as an individual Attention to detail is a key part of the role Comfortable with / experienced with Data Entry Solid organization and time-management skills. Experience in basic accounting preferred. Who we’re looking for: The Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting project execution for minor works, small works and major project works up to an estimated value of £500,000, within a prestigious hard services facilities management contract working on behalf of a major public sector organisation in Scotland. Working as part of the project team within the business, you will be expected to positively contribute to the performance of the business by engendering a culture of customer care.You will be highly organised and detail-oriented as part of our wider project management team. The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of projects by handling administrative tasks, maintaining documentation, coordinating activities, and facilitating communication among team members and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
