About the Role
Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Advisor to support their European branches, ensuring alignment with HR policies, local employment laws, and best practices. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, providing both strategic and operational HR support across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as a trusted HR partner to European branches, with a focus on Poland and Hungary.
* Provide guidance to local HR teams, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
* Stay up to date with UK employment legislation and implement necessary changes.
* Support managers and employees with HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
* Lead Learning & Development initiatives, identifying training needs and managing external providers.
* Regularly review and update training and development policies.
Skills & Experience Required
* Proven experience in an HR advisory role.
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with international teams.
* Resilient and confident in handling multiple stakeholders.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Workday or HRIS experience is a plus.
