Legal Secretary- Manchester (Hybrid Working)

Our client, a well-established firm in Manchester, is seeking a Legal Secretary to support their busy team. Responsibilities:
As a key part of the team, you will assist fee earners with a range of administrative and secretarial tasks, including:
* Assisting with file openings and compliance checks (KYC & AML)
* Supporting billing processes
* Typing correspondence and legal documents (including audio typing)
* Proofreading and amending documents
* Diary management and meeting scheduling
* Booking travel and accommodation arrangements
* Maintaining databases and archiving files
* Scanning, filing, and preparing documentation
Requirements:
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
* Previous experience in an administrative or legal support role is desirable but not essential
