About the role: As an Account Manager at SupplyBank you will be a key strategic partner your role will be to deliver the business growth through retaining, nurturing and growing relationships with our key Master Vendor client accounts (Multi Academy Trusts) by ensuring their schools recruitment needs are met effectively and efficiently. This role will be highly influential locally and regionally. You will be liaising daily with a range of key stakeholder across the trust, and their schools from CEO and CFOs, to finance, Head Teachers and Business Managers. You will also be working closely with our SEG branches for Teaching Personnel and Protocol Education as well as third party suppliers when needed to ensure that the standards you set are upheld to ensure the continued success of your partnership. You will have a Delivery Consultant reporting into you, who will provide support in the recruitment and retention of high quality Educations, you will be responsible for line managing, coaching and developing this person in line with their expectations. Based out of our Northampton Office in Teaching Personnel you will work closely with our operations teams as well as your wider SupplyBank Team across Supporting Education Group. As well as maintaining strong relationships through regular face to face client visits across the trust and it's schools. Key responsibilities: To maintain a clear and accurate understanding of the internal MAT stakeholders/buyers and educator landscape for the MAT. Responsible for generating additional business and additional lines of business with the MAT through weekly sales calls. In conjunction with the School Partnership Manager, meet with MAT SLT and school SLT face to face, online or over the phone. Building and fostering positive relationships. Localised market analysis with Senior Operations/School Partnership Managers/Partnership Delivery Managers, client development planning and educator acquisition and utilisation planning Manage operational delivery performance by maintaining a good working relationship with existing and new contacts with regular service reviews conducted. Work with the MSP Team to ensure an effective supply chain strategy to meet the needs of the MAT. Support the MSP Team in the onboarding and relationship management with suppliers into the MAT. Review supplier performance and conduct service level reviews with suppliers to improve the service delivery to the MAT. Oversee the supplier adherence to the programme and compliance for day-to-day expectations. Ensure that business performance of the assigned MAT consistently meet account and individual targets, in line with company and service level expectations. Improve performance and output of the assigned MAT to result in week-on-week growth. Develop a deep understanding of our educational products and services to effectively communicate their value propositions to client accounts. Represent SEG at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. About you: A confident communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills, you will be an experienced people manager and Education Recruiter.
