We’re now looking for an experienced individual to join our award-winning team as a Regional Client Liaison Manager to support our South division of homes. If this sounds like the place for you, we’d love to hear from you!
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Regional Client Liaison Manager plays a key role in supporting our homes across the South division to ensure consistency in sales, marketing, and enquiry management processes. The role is responsible for training, implementing best practices, and driving occupancy growth across the division. Working closely with the Senior BDM to align strategies, you will support other CLMs and the business development initiatives to enhance our operational efficiency across the business.
Other responsibilities will include:
* Acting as a temporary Client Liaison Manager for homes without a designated CLM.
* Working with the General Managers of the homes to optimise local networking, referral relationships & community engagement.
* Ensuring enquiries, follow-ups, and conversion tracking are carried out across all homes.
* Driving enquiry growth through proactive engagement with key referral sources such as Social Services, Discharge Planners, and local stakeholders.
* Overseeing CRM and AEMs systems to maintain accurate tracking of all leads and enquiries.
* Ensuring brand consistency across all materials and communication.
* Monitoring and managing show suites, first impressions, and room pricing to drive occupancy.
* Working as a key liaison between homes, the Senior BDM, and the National Sales Director.
* Implementing new processes to streamline sales and marketing efficiency.
ABOUT YOU

Our ideal candidate must:
* Have experience in a similar sales role working within the Care Home sector.
* Have the ability to communicate and manage interpersonal relationships, combined with strong influencing skills.
* Possess excellent problem-solving and customer care skills.
* Be able to prioritise their own workload whilst ensuring deadlines are met and timelines are adhered to.
