The Store Manager is responsible for both the financial and operational performance of their restaurant on a day-to-day basis.
A Store Manager's main role is to ensure the efficient running of the restaurant whilst making sure their guests receive the highest levels of customer service and product quality. Store Managers are involved in all aspects of food preparation, sandwich making, and restaurant cleanliness.
Store Managers thrive in fast-paced environments where being able to use their initiative and manage a small but well-trained team is key.
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for a number of tasks including:
1. Ensuring a high standard of customer service is delivered at all times, by both yourself and your team.
2. Training & Performance Reviews.
3. Implementing Marketing Strategies.
4. Food & Beverage Ordering.
5. Weekly Stocktaking.
6. Analysing Weekly Reports to Maximise Restaurant Profitability.
7. Scheduling & Labour Control.
8. Banking & Daily Cash Controls.
9. Maximising sales.
10. Controlling in-store costs.
11. Ensuring cleanliness within the store is at its very best.
12. Working to strict Food and Health & Safety regulations.
We are looking for someone who has strong organisational and team-building skills with the confidence and motivation to train new team members and lead them in running the store at a high standard. Strong communication skills and a positive outlook are key.
Previous experience in the Catering / QSR Industry at a minimum of supervisory level is essential.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.60-£12.90 per hour
Expected hours: 35-40 per week
