Palletways are currently looking to recruit a Customer Services Admin Assistant to join their extremely busy UK Corporate team.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in an admin function. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office packages is a pre-requisite along with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
The successful candidate will work 40 hours a week either 08:00-16:30hrs or 09:00-17:30hrs Monday to Friday, working closely with colleagues, supporting the management team, and taking on ad hoc tasks when required.
Reporting directly to the Admin Supervisor, your key duties include:
1. Professional handling of all incoming requests from customers and depots to ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.
2. Accurate data inputting.
3. Customer invoicing and invoice queries.
4. Consignment pricing.
5. KPI reporting.
6. Use of in-house software.

Pay: £24,390.00-£25,682.00 per year
