We want to change lives for the better. The Client Services Analyst is a key administrative role that facilitates tasks to support the smooth operation of the business. This role involves managing colleague expectations, handling operational requests, and identifying opportunities for improving workflows and processes. Location: National Type: Maternity cover until 31/12/2025 Salary: £22,664- £24,930 Key Responsibilities : Provide administrative support to various departments (and key 3rd party suppliers) to ensure efficient operation of the business. Manage and prioritise operational requests from clients and colleagues, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Deal with client requests, consistently ensuring every action we take benefits our clients, putting them first to provide the best possible experience. Analyse current administrative processes and recommend improvements for better efficiency – cultivating a continuous improvement mindset. Escalate issues, risks, and technology-related problems appropriately and provide solutions. Support with adhoc projects and initiatives. Service Level Adherence: Ensure all tasks are completed within the agreed SLAs, maintaining a high level of service quality. Being receptive to change and embracing a willingness to implement and embed new processes and technology. Address and resolve basic incidents and requests related to business support systems and queries. Key Skills & Competencies: Dedicated to providing a positive client experience, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in all interactions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. Knowledge of business operations and systems/business requirements processes. Strong organisational skills and the ability to work productively in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
