Vox Consultants are looking for a Chef de Partie in Essex for one of our nationwide facilities clients.
The Chef de Partie will be required to work 5 out of 7 days at 37.5 hours per week.
What you'll do:
1. Prepare, cook, and serve meals to agreed standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
2. Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations to maintain a clean and compliant kitchen.
3. Assist with stock control, ordering, and ensuring efficient use of resources.
4. Support the wider kitchen team to deliver a seamless service experience.
5. Maintain high standards of presentation and food service at all times.
6. Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet client and customer expectations.
What you bring:
1. Proven experience as a Chef in a high-volume kitchen.
2. A passion for great food and attention to detail in preparation and presentation.
3. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
4. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
5. Flexibility to work shifts across 5 out of 7 days per week.
