4. Driving innovation and pushing the design team to consistently create compelling, fresh, and boundary-pushing designs that stand out in the property market.
5. Ensuring design consistency and quality across all marketing materials including digital assets, direct mail, print collateral, and more.
6. Reviewing and approving design concepts and final artwork produced by the team, providing feedback to ensure high standards and alignment with creative direction.
7. Working closely with our Head of Brand who will manage the design team's diaries, workload, and creative briefs.
We’re looking for someone who is:
1. A natural leader who can inspire, guide, and motivate a team of designers to push the boundaries of creativity while maintaining a focus on the business's strategic goals.
2. Experienced in producing high-quality design work and managing larger creative projects with a track record of excellence.
3. Proficient in industry-standard design tools (e.g. InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and experienced in using them to create diverse design solutions.
4. A problem solver who can identify opportunities for improvement and streamline design processes.
5. Passionate about design with a strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and trends in both digital and print media.
6. Collaborative and communicative, able to effectively work alongside cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
7. Organised and methodical, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
