You'll play a key part in the smooth running of the office, making visitors feel at home while ensuring daily operations are handled with care and professionalism. From meeting clients the general public and internal stakeholders and supporting events to managing the post and keeping the workplace in top shape, every task matters.If you've worked in hotel reception, banqueting, or a similar customer-facing role, you'll fit right in. You'll need to be organised, confident using IT, and have a natural way with people. A flexible approach is important, too, as you'll work varied shifts between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m Monday to Friday with occasional extended hours.
