We are seeking a skilled Payment Operations Analyst to join our team in Bradford, UK. As a key member of our finance operations department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide first-line functional support to the business and suppliers for procurement systems via phone and email.
* Collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service to colleagues and suppliers.
* Update master data in the procurement system, including user access, vendors, catalogue listings, and accounting cost centres.
* Monitor and resolve failed transactions, such as approved purchase requisitions without generating purchase orders or invoices that haven't interfaced.
* Support users in creating, processing, and maintaining PRs and POs.
* Manage Chatbots and assign tickets to relevant departments.
* Raise change requests with the Finance Systems team and partner with them to test changes.
* Train users on procurement and helpdesk solutions.
* Drive automation initiatives, identifying improvements and automations to increase efficiency and governance.
