Job Description
As a Customer Service Administrator your responsibilities will include:

* Assist in the resolution of customer complaints and escalate when necessary.
* Contribute to the development of customer service procedures and standards.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service Administrator should have:
* A solid educational background with an emphasis on administration or customer service
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
* A customer-centric mindset, with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
