This role will act as an individual contributor, supporting the HR agenda within Delta Capita and partnering with Key Stakeholders, Business and HR Lead. This role will manage day to day activities and key people-related changes; and work on initiatives that supports the business. Key Accountabilities Work with other HR business partners and business line leads to deliver the people agenda, identifying current and future people-related business needs. Provide expert advice and solutions in ER and performance management to support managers on disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, sickness, employee engagement and other people-related matters. Support complex disciplinary and grievance cases where required. Act as a point of escalation for the business lines for any potential people related risks and ensure any known risks are managed appropriately. Support the roll out and completion of cyclical processes, e.g. annual performance reviews and compensation reviews. Deliver the HR Employee Induction process. Contribute towards the companies DEI and sustainability goals Proactively work with business line leads to monitor key KPIs such as absence and attrition and address issues through relevant HR activity. Act as a point of contact for any potential people related risks and ensure any known risks are managed appropriately. Ensure HR policies and procedures are fit for purpose within the region and amend/create new policies where required. Function as a role model in living the Delta Capita Values.
