Working within the Business Support Team, your primary focus will be on managing the Agencies and TOBAs with our trading partners. You will also manage some of the interactions that we have with these partners for regulatory purposes, such as Product Governance and Fair Value. Alongside Agencies, you will also be involved in a whole range of services provided by the Business Support Team to internal and external partners. 2. Responsibilities: Manage the arrangement of new agencies and TOBAs, including: Assessing new insurer and product requests Agency applications Hedron TOBAs with Insurers Hedron Client Money agreements with insurers On some occasions, Partner Brokers insurer TOBAs Interface with relevant internal functions including Compliance, Agency and Product Governance teams. Exchange information with Insurers and Brokers to fulfill regulatory requirements Monitor due diligence on insurers via REG UK or other systems, liaise with System Consultants, Broking Desk & Brokers should changes arise Maintenance of Client Money TOBA register As time permits, contribute to other operational tasks performed within the Hedron Business Operations Team 3. Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience Familiarity with Agency and TOBA arrangements between insurers and brokers An understanding of compliance within an insurance broking environment would be desirable A high level of personal organization, attention to detail and tenacity to ‘get the job done’.
