Job Title: Event Sales Co-Ordinator – Step into the World of Experiential Events
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Location: Redditch
Full-Time | Mon–Fri (8am–4pm)
About Our Client
We’re working with an exciting, fast-growing company that’s redefining the world of experiential events. With bold brand activations, immersive setups, and unforgettable experiences, they’re at the cutting edge of event design. Now, they’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Event Sales Co-Ordinator to join their team and support the Founder with all things sales administration and coordination.
This is an incredible opportunity to step into a business where every day brings new challenges, and your contributions will be felt right from day one.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Providing essential sales administration support to the Founder and wider team
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring clear, friendly, and professional communication
* Managing and updating the CRM system—accuracy and attention to detail are key
* Assisting with quotes, scheduling, and ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes
What We're Looking For:
* Highly organised, with a sharp eye for detail
* Confident communicator who enjoys liaising with clients and keeping things moving
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment
* Eager to grow your career in the events and exhibitions industry
