As the Social and Content Lead, you will: Drive the organic social strategy across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest. Craft engaging, imaginative content for social media, emails, and marketing materials. Collaborate with influencers, journalists, and content creators to amplify brand reach. Analyse social media performance to refine and optimise strategies. Host webinars and build an active, loyal online community. What Experience Do I Need? The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and community building. A passion for storytelling and travel, with a flair for connecting with diverse audiences. Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to use data-driven insights to enhance performance. Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Hootsuite). Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail. What Else Do I Need to Know? Location: Hybrid working, with 2 days per week in the incredible Dorking office. Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum.
