Cenergist are looking for a Project Support Officer to work within our team at Kingston hospital, assisting with the day-to-day activity of key contracts. Responsibilities will include supporting the project team by scheduling appointments, liaising with different department leads for access, conducting mail merges, scheduling of documentation, uploading reports to Viewpoint, minuting meetings and reporting.

Key Areas of Responsibility
* Supporting the Project team by scheduling appointments and making relationships with building leads.
* Reporting and updating schedules.
* Uploading and issuing project information.
* Minuting meetings with client.
* Supporting project team with procurement and organising.
Key Tasks
* Arranging meetings with building managers to form relationships.
* Making appointments for sub-contractors works.
* Reporting and updating schedules of appointments.
* Supporting team with schedules and updates.
* Issuing information to the client and sub-contractors.
* Help with orders and deliveries.
* Minuting weekly meetings with the client.
* Uploading information to Viewpoint.
* Support the team with day to day running of site.
* Liaising with sub-contractors for access.
* Support with project reporting and collating information.
Qualifications
* General understanding of MCS (Microgeneration Certification Scheme desirable).
Demonstratable Experience
* Experience working in an office environment.
* A good level of spoken and written English.
* Experience working on a live site.
* Excellent IT skills with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
* Ability to work at speed precisely.
* Time management and prioritisation skills.
* Verbal and written communication skills.
