Are you ready to play a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing KuehneNagel's Contract Logistics operations? Your Role The purpose of this role is to provide best practice design, configuration, testing, implementation, and governance of Blue Yonder Dispatcher WMS, and associated applications, for support of Kuehne & Nagel's Contract Logistics Business. These capabilities are required for IS and/or Business Process projects within Contract Logistics, developing solutions for new business wins, enhancements, changes, and continuous improvement projects. This is a technical role, which requires you to have hands-on industry experience configuring and developing Dispatcher WMS. Including ability to independently create pl/sql packages, procedures, functions, and sequences, and associated technologies such as PuTTy, FTP, Linux and iReports. Experience of using source control, release management and ISO accreditation is preferable. You should be proficient in generating high-quality documentation and support collateral. Capable of working both independently and within a team. Full knowledge of WMS operations and ability to translate complex requirements into simple solutions. Your Responsibilities This role offers the flexibility of working on a Hybrid basis, but will require you to be available to attend site locations in Telford and the Midlands when required. - Support, configure, implement, and maintain KN Dispatcher WMS, as well as peripheral technology. - Complete WMS Solution design and detailed technical WMS configuration to accommodate unique system requirements of the business, customer etc. - Complete application testing for process improvements, system changes, new functionality, release upgrades, disaster recovery etc. - Create innovative solutions to accommodate systemic requirements and enhance existing functionality where possible, and/or write FRS Specification and complete through design, testing, and deployment. - Identify; recommend FRS / CC to support new business requirements, existing operational enhancements or post project identified functionality gaps. - Support, maintain and develop BY Dispatcher WMS - Creation and maintenance of Working Instructions, User Manuals etc. to ensure that project/s can be closed and handed over to operational staff. - Complete and support Help Desk tickets, troubleshooting, RT, JIRA or other Ticket creation and completion with Corporate, I-Broker etc. to include Root Case Analysis and corrective actions. Your Skills and Experiences - Experience with Blue Yonder Dispatcher WMS configuration and setup. - Previous and proven experience of Blue Yonder Dispatcher WMS implementations. - Experience in training and upskilling team members. - Build strong rapports with IS Team and Operations. - Familiarity with Oracle Databases, Good knowledge of PL/SQL, Familiarity with Linux., Experience using multiple Blue Yonder Dispatcher WMS versions and Experience using iReports.
