We’re looking for a Junior Tax Accountant - someone passionate about tax, eager to learn, and ready to join our organisation during an exciting time of growth. This role is perfect for someone with some UK tax or accounting experience in a professional setting. If you’re driven, enthusiastic, and keen to build your knowledge in a supportive and vibrant environment, we’d love to hear from you Roles and Responsibilities • Preparing and filing tax returns (income tax, VAT, and more) accurately and on time. • Assisting with tax planning strategies for clients. • Maintaining client records in line with regulations. • Staying up to date with tax laws and regulations, with support from our team. • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to communicate tax-related matters clearly. • Learning how to prepare tax provisions, calculations, and financial disclosures. We’re looking for someone who: • Has 1 years of experience in a trainee position • Has the right attitude and is keen to develop their skills. • Is organised, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic. • Communicates effectively, both in writing and verbally, for interacting with colleagues and clients. • Has the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. • Holds a degree in Accounting or a related field, or has equivalent knowledge. • Has or working towards AAT or ATT qualifications (Level 2 or 3) - desirable but not essential. • Has a basic understanding of accounting principles or is willing to learn. • Has strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail. • Has the right to live and work in the UK.
