If you’re ready to make an impact and have a good time doing it, this is the place for you A day in the life of… An Executive Assistant, You will be responsible for diary management for the Managing Director and at times the Senior Leadership team. You will be accountable for all office administration, including duties like, ordering stock, supplier management, processing expenses, booking travel, organising meeting rooms and refreshments when needed You will liaise with Executive Assistants who work within the wider DFS Group Leadership team You will work closely with the MD/SLT on priorities, cross functional coordination and new and efficient ways of working You will manage the support office administration including duties like organising room bookings, travel and refreshments when needed You will work along side the Support Office Team Leader to, implement and embed any new processes You will create agendas for meetings, take notes and actions and liaise directly with the Senior Leadership Team You will be trusted to provide efficient and confidential support and updates on time, and in a way that is clear, concise, and engaging for the audience. You will lead a small team including the Housekeepers, Receptionist and Support Office Team Leader, ensuring adequate cover during periods of annual leave or sickness. This may include you personally covering any of these areas. Overseeing the day-to-day administrative activities of the office, including managing the office budget, recording expenditure, and managing invoice You’ll be responsible for creating presentations in GoogleSlides to be used at board level In an ideal world… You will have the following experience… The ability to communicate both verbally and written at all levels, building strong working relationships You need to be able to adapt and respond quickly to change The ability to work well alone, organise and prioritise your workload, adhering to strict and often short deadlines.
