Purpose of Role: The Registered Manager is responsible for providing high-quality homecare services, ensuring customers live their best quality of life. They report to the business leaders and national regulatory bodies for domiciliary care.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service: Ensure each customer’s care plan is tailored to their needs and preferences, respecting their rights and dignity.
2. Business Safety & Quality: Maintain service compliance with legal and company policies, conduct audits, manage complaints, and implement quality improvements.
3. Staff Management: Lead, recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensuring a motivated team and efficient service delivery.
4. Business Growth: Drive business development and growth with the franchise owner, achieving sales and performance targets.
