We are seeking dedicated Care Professionals to join our team in providing essential care services within the community. You will be providing essential support and care to our clients within the comfort of their own homes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and support.
Duties
1. Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, washing and mobility.
2. Support the implementation of care plans tailored to clients' needs.
3. Maintain accurate records of clients' care and report any changes in condition to management.
4. Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care.
5. Help with meal preparation when necessary.
6. Participate in regular training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in healthcare practices.
Experience
1. Car drivers only, with UK Licence
2. Previous care experience is preferred but not essential
3. A good communication skillset to interact effectively with clients and other Healthcare Professionals.
4. Familiarity with IT systems for record keeping and communication purposes
5. Ability to work as part of a team while also being able to take initiative when needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.00-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
