We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist with extensive expertise in Oracle Identity Manager (OIM)/Oracle Access Management(OAM) and related tools in Cardiff, Whales office. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in a variety of technical functionalities and capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve architectural challenges and design technical solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives, with a focus on Oracle Identity Manager (OIM). Implement and manage LDAP synchronization between OIM and Oracle Unified Directory (OUD). Configure and manage User Defined Fields (UDF), Role-based access policies, and Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) connectors. Develop and maintain custom schedulers, event handlers, and SOA workflows within the OIM framework. Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve architectural differences and design robust technical solutions. Contribute to development projects involving OIM/OAM, with experience in various versions and upgrade/migration projects being highly desirable. Monitor delivery progress and report project health status to management on a regular basis. Engage with customers from diverse regions, providing effective solutions and maintaining high customer satisfaction. Maintain excellent communication with stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective information exchange. Requirements: Extensive experience in the Identity and Access Management domain. Expertise in Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) tool and related technologies. Proficiency in technical functionalities such as LDAP synchronization, UDF, role-based access policies, OOTB connector configuration, custom schedulers, event handlers, and SOA workflows. Proven ability to work effectively in team environments, especially in resolving architectural and design challenges. Experience with multiple versions of OIM/OAM or in upgrade/migration projects. Familiarity with delivery progress measurements and status reporting to management. Prior experience in customer-facing projects with successful global collaboration. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
