About The Role
This is an excellent opportunity to join the Learning Support Department at Gordon’s School, one of the most successful boarding schools in England, from February 2025.
We are seeking a Learning Support Assistant to be part of the team with the teachers and other assistants in the Learning Support Department and to support students within all four SEN areas to access the curriculum. This will include developing independence, study skills and core subject knowledge. With this role, there is an opportunity to provide support to an individual student as a liaison.
In addition to the general duties, the successful applicant will need to adhere to the safeguarding policies of the School and will need excellent communication, organisational, interpersonal and literacy skills.
The hours are 8am – 3.35pm three days a week, 8am – 5pm one day a week, and 8am – 7.30pm one day a week, term time only.
